Today I have bought some vegetables. Today I have bought my home eggplant. Today I have two types of brinjal. One big and the other is small. Brinjal is a very nutritious vegetable. Those people who do not eat brinjal vegetables, we tell them today. Brinjal is such a vegetable. Which makes many benefits related to your health. Reduces your cholesterol control by consuming brinjal. And this is the main reason for such effect. Cholesterol can also be reduced by consuming juice of eggplant leaves. Vitamin C is found very much in eggplant. There is an element in it which helps in fighting cancer cells in the body. If you eat brinjal every day, your body will be strengthened to fight cancer. This is especially helpful in fighting stomach cancer. They are very good for our brains. It protects the membrane of our cell from any type of damage.
