Hello friends, we have again been given the work of the fields, in which the road leading to the farm has been damaged, which needs to be repaired, so the fields can be used properly, but to stop the road properly It takes time, we have got only a few roads, in which we can complete the work with two or four laborers, but the unpaved roads have become very bad, due to which it will be difficult to fix them, so we all do the work. It may take 6 days, but if you do it fast, the work can be completed in three to three days.
We have decided half way, because we have only three laborers, in which Pawan together becomes four, they all together want to complete their work quickly, but in winter the work slows down a bit, but the sun comes out It has been, the temperature is low so there can be some relief, we had decided to give 500 rupees a day to all the laborers, gives a good price to all of us, because we all get an equal opportunity to work here, so Pawan is responsible for his work. He does the work with the right cover, he completes his work time, and he also sends some pictures of his work, in which he can get the right information about the work.
I hope you like them,
