Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
As-Sach’alaamu’alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuhu.
Dear friends,
I hope you are all well, and I am also well and healthy with your prayers and the infinite mercy of Allah Almighty. I would like to share some things with you about the recent plane crash that has claimed many lives. Welcome and congratulations to all of you in this post.
‘Training-related accidents due to lack of strong faith, discipline or preparedness’ refers to all accidents that occur due to lack of training, irresponsibility, weakness of faith and lack of awareness. These accidents are usually seen in educational institutions, military forces, sports, industrial institutions or religious activities. This has become a daily occurrence, especially in those societies where there is a lack of respect for rules and self-control.
Causes of training-related accidents:
1. Insufficient or incorrect training:
Many times, if proper training is not given, employees cannot deal with risky situations. This is one of the main reasons for accidents.
2. Weakness of self-control and faith:
If there is a lack of self-control and fear of Allah, people do not want to follow the rules and regulations. If someone thinks, “Nothing will happen to me” – this confidence turns into arrogance and pushes it towards accidents.
3. Ignorance and negligence:
Many accidents occur due to not understanding the importance of rules, being in a hurry, not using safety equipment, etc.
4. Insufficient supervision and lack of responsibility:
If there is not enough supervision from the authorities, many people do not want to follow the rules.
5. Lack of training in the use of modern equipment:
Although modern equipment is used in many organizations, accidents occur because the employees do not have proper training in the matter.
6. Lack of religious and moral education:
If someone does not have proper morals and religious ideals, then he neglects the issues of responsibility and safety.
Training Faith Effects of accidents:
1. Physical damage and loss of life:
Many people are injured, maimed or lose their lives as a result of such accidents. A small mistake can cause lifelong suffering.
2. Mental trauma and anxiety:
The accident victim and his family are mentally broken, and in the long run, depression, PTSD or sleep problems may occur.
3. Financial loss:
Medical expenses, loss of job, or having to pay compensation to the organization - all these cause financial losses.
4. Damaged reputation of the organization:
If an organization does not follow the rules or does not provide proper training, it sends a negative message to the public and loses its reputation.
5. Deterioration of social and family relationships:
Accidents cause tension, economic crisis and deterioration of relationships in many families.
6. Religious and moral deviations:
If people do not have the fear of Allah due to weakness of faith, they do not give importance to the safety of others. This gives rise to anarchy and immorality in society.
Remedies:
1. Ensuring proper and adequate training:
It is important to have a regular training system in every workplace. Training should not be just theoretical, but should be practical and develop the skills to deal with risks.
2. Increasing faith and religious consciousness:
If fear of Allah, accountability for the Hereafter, and a sense of human responsibility are instilled in people, they become aware of themselves. Not following the rules should not be only out of fear of punishment, but for the pleasure of Allah.
3. Ensuring the use of safety equipment:
Safety equipment such as helmets, gloves, safety belts, etc. should be made mandatory.
4. Ensuring supervision and responsibility:
It is important to train and give authority to those who will be responsible for supervision in the workplace. Immediate action should be taken if the rules are broken.
5. Conduct regular awareness programs:
Schools, colleges, offices, mosques—training, awareness sessions, and religious discussions should be organized everywhere.
6. Inclusion of moral education:
Children should be taught morality, responsibility, and religious education from the primary level so that they live a regular life in the future.
7. Integration of technology and skills:
The skills of the workers should be developed with modern equipment. It is necessary to teach them to use technology through training.
8. Establishing a support system after an accident:
If an accident does happen, then there should be a separate team for how to provide quick assistance, treatment, and psychological support.
Training Faith Accidents are no longer a small problem. It is having a serious impact on daily life. Without religious consciousness and morality, a safe environment cannot be ensured through rules alone. Therefore, we should strengthen faith along with training, so that every person is aware of his own responsibilities and plays his role in preventing accidents. Individuals, families, institutions, and the state—everyone has to work together.
“A person who is faithful and aware reduces the risk of harm to himself as well as to others.”
Through this consciousness, we can build a safe, educated, and faithful society.
