রাত 🌃 আমি যখন কাজে যায় তার একটু বিশ্লেষণ করবো আপনাদের সাথে আমি রাত্রে ১১ঃ০০ টা বাজে কাজে যখন যাই
তখন রাস্তায় একটা মানুষও দেখতে পায় নাই
যাই হোক একলা কাজে গেলাম
মেসে ঢোকার আগে খুব ভালো লাগলো আমার জন্য কিছু অবুঝ প্রাণী অপেক্ষা করছে এই দেখেঅনেক খুশি হলাম এই অবুঝ প্রাণীগুলো হলো বিলাই আমার জন্য অপেক্ষা করছে
আমি যে জায়গায় কাজ করি বিলাই বাচ্চা দেয়তখন ছোট ছোট বাচ্চা দেখে আমার মায়া লেগে যায় তারপর থেকেবিল্লির বাচ্চকো খানাদি তারপর থেকে বিল্লির বাচ্চাগুলো আমার জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে থাকে এদের সাথে কিছুক্ষণ দুষ্টামি করে আমি কাজে যাই
সকালের নাস্তা রেডি করার জন্যচুলার ওপরে পাতিল আদি তারপরে চুলের নিচে আগুন লাগায় তারপরে পাতিলাতে তেল ঢালা হয় তেল গরম হলে পেঁয়াজ ঢালা হয় পেজ কিছুক্ষণ লেটে দিবার পরে
তারপরে টমাটো ডালা হয় টমাটো একটু গরম হলে তারপরে এক এক করে মইচ্ছার ঘোড়া হল দের ঘোড়া জিরার ঘোড়া ও মসলা ডালা হয় এগুলা কিছুক্ষণ পাতিলার মাধ্যমে মিক্স করা হয় তারপরে সিদ্ধ বুট পাতিলাতে ঢেলে দেওয়া হয় তারপরে এগুলা হয়ে গেলে পাতিলা থেকে উঠিয়ে পেলে হয় তারপরে কাজ শেষ করে রুমে আসে
