Sovereignty.

First of all, we will see who the constitution of the Islamic State gives the place of sovereignty to? We can know the clear and irrefutable answer to this question from the Quran. Sovereignty, in any sense, is reserved for Allah Ta'ala alone. Because in fact he is the real ruler. Therefore, it is his right to acknowledge that he alone is the possessor of omnipotence.

If anyone wants to take this matter more deeply and deeply, I would advise him to first understand the meaning and concept of sovereignty very well and clearly.
Sovereignty is a term used in political science to mean superior power and absolute authority and domination. Owning the sovereignty of an individual or a group of individuals or an organization means that its direction is the law. He has the sole authority to impose this law on the citizens of the state.

Citizens are obliged to obey him unconditionally. Be it willingly or eagerly or under compulsion. Without his own will no outside power can limit and constrict his ruling power. In contrast, citizens have no rights. All rights reserved. So the rights that he will take away are automatically lost.

When a legislator recognizes someone's right, it is recognized as an unlawful right. So there will be no rights left. The will of the sovereign possesses the law and binds its citizens to the ropes of obedience. But nowhere is there a law to force the sovereign self. The possessor of sovereignty is the owner of his sovereign and omnipotent authority.

No such question can be raised about its provisions, good or bad, pure or false. Whatever he does is good and beneficial. There is no one under him. Whatever he does is right, no one under him can call it wrong. The possessor of sovereignty must accept the great sacred guilt-free and above all kinds of errors, whether he possesses these qualities or not. This is the concept of legal sovereignty.

Which is presented by a lawyer and the name of any lesser thing is not sovereignty. But this sovereignty remains an imaginary subject until there is no real sovereignty behind it or political sovereignty in political terms. That is, the de facto owner of that authority is the one who will exercise this legal sovereignty.

In fact, whose sovereignty?
Now, first of all, the question arises as to whether such a sovereignty actually exists in the human realm. If so, where is it? Who can be called the owner of this sovereignty? In a monarchical system, has a king really possessed such a sovereignty or has it ever been or can be found?

Think of any king or ruler who has absolute power. Assessing his power and authority, one can clearly see that no matter how much he is obstructed and no matter how many external forces are restricting him against his will and will, he is becoming incapacitated.

Is it possible to claim that there is real sovereignty in any part of a democratic system? Whoever is considered to be the owner of this sovereignty will be examined and it will be seen that behind his external absolute power there are some other powers which are secretly holding the key of his sovereignty. This is exactly the reason why the scholars of political science, when they look for its true holder in human society with the clear idea of sovereignty, are utterly lost.

No powerful entity worthy of sovereignty can be found. Because it is rather true in the realm of humanity that the real holder of sovereignty does not exist anywhere in the entire created world. Therefore, the Qur'an repeatedly emphasizes the fact that, in fact, the sole owner of sovereignty is Allah, the possessor of absolute power. You can do whatever you want.
