Halal and Haram of Islam.

Halal: Mubah, the promoter of a non-prohibited Shari'ah that has allowed or is not forbidden to do.

Forbidden: What the Shari'ah giver has explicitly prohibited, which must be thrown into Hell in the Hereafter. Many times in the world you have to suffer punishment.

Makrooh: Doing things that the Shari'ah has forbidden, but not very strictly. Its prohibition is much less and weaker than that of Haram. The peace that is deserved by doing haraam deeds is not obtained by doing makrooh. However, if you continue to do makrooh deeds, you will have to suffer the punishment of haraam deeds.

Pre-Islamic people in many ways were immersed in extreme misguidance. The issue of halal and haram was one of them. The general polytheists and the People of the Book, Jews and Christians all had the same point of view in this regard. This misguidance reached two extremes. The religions which have made it lawful to inflict pain and suffering on the body, and have forbidden the use of good food and clothing and ornaments and glittering things, have reached the extreme.
