Keep your body in whatever position you are lying down, sitting, standing or walking, etc., your mind is always working. Even when the body is asleep and unconscious, the mind continues to function. Even when the body is asleep and unconscious, the mind continues to function. Because, he doesn't sleep. Psychologists have interpreted dreams as the workings of the mind. When the body is tired and lying in bed, the mind becomes more active. He is neither tired nor rested.
Psychologists have extensively studied the analysis of minds and the interpretation of conscious, subconscious and unconscious minds. That's not my point. We all suffer from the fact that without our conscious-conscious planning, thousands of words come to mind. Suchinta, kuchinta, duschinta are always crowded in my mind. Whether in the car or at home, you may be sitting quietly; The mind is not silent. He is weaving innumerable nonsense, nonsense, nonsense, innumerable words. Working with your hands, and remembering things you don't want to, that you may want to get rid of. He is reciting Surah-Qiraat in the prayer with pure pronunciation, and there is no accounting of where the mind is running. Sometimes we have thoughts that are a source of shame to our conscience - these are all our bitter experiences.
When we read a book with attention, there is no gap in thinking about anything outside the subject matter of the book. When I listen to someone's speech with concentration, no other thought arises in my mind. When you sit down to plan a task, there is no room for different thoughts. When I am engaged in research on any subject, I still do not get a chance to think outside. When I try to express a particular idea in writing, I can't find any different idea. This proves that if the mind is consciously engaged in some work, it becomes loyal and continues to do that work; But whenever he is given leave, he gets the job done himself. Because, he can never retire.
The famous English proverb: “Empty mind is devil’s workshop” is a bitter truth. That is, if the mind is kept in a state of idleness, it will not remain empty. Iblis will give him a job. Since he could not stay without work, he continued to do the work given by Iblis. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Man is a horse whose back is never empty. He is safe if he keeps Allah on his back all the time. Whenever his back is empty, Iblis sits down. So if you want to survive Iblis, you should never leave your back empty. If one obeys Allah consciously in words, deeds and thoughts, he does not get the opportunity to obey Iblis.
If we want to protect our mind from the tragic consequences of being a factory of the devil, then we must always keep our mind busy with work. We have to decide that we will consciously give him work all the time. I will never let him stay without work.
The easier it is to say, the harder it is to put into practice. Success is not possible without proper practice and practice. But the main question is where and how to get the guidance you need for practice and practice. Even after thinking about such a big issue for many years, I could not find any cool edge. There is no harder task than obeying the mind. It is impossible to have such authority over the mind that you have to do the work that you will give, and you will not allow any other work to be done. Who can give positive work to the mind all the time? My experience is that managing the mind according to creating a routine for 24 hours is extremely difficult.
