The limits of individual freedom

Allah Ta'ala Himself has set the limits of human freedom in Islam. Allah Ta'ala Himself has decreed what is forbidden for a Muslim and what is obligatory for him to abstain from.

What rights does he have over others and what rights do others have over him, what are the means by which possession of any asset is permissible and what are the means by which ownership of any asset is not permissible, for the welfare of the individual and What is the responsibility of the individual for the welfare of the community?

What can be imposed on the clan, family, tribe and the whole nation for the betterment of the individual and what can be made vital, all these are present in the permanent constitution of Kitab and Sunnah which no one has the right to interfere and add and shrink.

In the light of this constitution, no one has the right to take away the boundaries of personal freedom that have been set. He will not be able to approach the ways of earning income and the ways of spending it which have been forbidden. If he steps on that forbidden path, then Islamic law considers him worthy of punishment.

But his right to the property acquired through the means and methods that have been legitimized will be fully protected and no one will be able to deprive him of the sectors of expenditure which have been declared legitimate. Similarly, he is obliged to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to him for the welfare of the community. But more burden cannot be imposed on him.

But if he wants to do something extra voluntarily, that's different. The same is true of the aggregate and the state. It is incumbent upon him to convey to the individual the rights which he has over him, in the manner in which the collective and the state have the authority to assert their rights from him. If this permanent constitution is implemented, then the desired social justice will be established.

After which there is no demand for anything left. As long as this constitution exists, no matter how hard one tries, Muslims will never be deceived into believing that the socialism they have borrowed from somewhere is pure Islam.
