Hello everyone at Serey!

My name is Kimberley Chhay and I'm 28 years old. I'm Cambodian and I'm from Breda, the Netherlands. @chanthasambb introduced me to this platform, which I think is a great way to connect with other Cambodians and perhaps others from a different background (and who might speak Khmer too!)! First of all, I'm very happy that a platform like serey.io is created for Cambodians. Secondly, I have the opportunity to write in Khmer! I can speak, write and understand Khmer but not as good as my parents! When I was little, I learned the Khmer language. Even though I forgot some things, I can still read and understand the language. I have to admit that I use Google Translate to translate my Dutch texts into the Khmer language. However, it helps me to develop my Khmer language and to understand how things are written in Khmer. On my page, I will post about (1) travel (2) photography (3) delicious dishes and (4) other activities !! I like to write about anything, but sometimes I find it difficult to start writing because sometimes.. I just don't know where to start! I will write partly in Khmer as well as in English! But it's easier for me to write in English of course, but I will try my best to fully write (translate) the text in Khmer :P!
