The two of them guarded the merchants, then Umar heard the sound of the cry of a small child towards him. Umar said to the little boy's mother, "Fear Allah, do good to your daughter." Then Umar returned to his place. Umar again heard the cry of the little boy, Umar came to the little boy's mother and said to him like the first one, then he returned to his place. At the end of the night Umar again heard the sound of the child crying, Umar came to meet the little boy's mother and said to him, "Woe to you, I see you as a bad mother, I see your child not feeling calm and he keeps crying tonight, why has that happened? "The child's mother said," O servant of Allah, you have troubled me. I brought it to the woman who breastfed the baby, but she didn't want to. " Umar asked, "Why?" The woman replied, "Because Umar requires payment for suckling children." Umar asked, "How old is he?" The woman replied, "A few months." Umar said, "Woe to you, do not stop the child from suckling. " Umar prayed and the cry of the child continued to disturb him. After greeting, Umar said, "How evil is Umar, how many children of the Muslims have he killed." Then Umar called on the announcement officer to announce that every child should not be stopped from the breastfeeding and every child must breastfeed.
