Jaitley had reconstructed Feroz Shah Kotla as the President of DDCA, which includes modern facilities, audience seating, world class dressing rooms etc. On this occasion DDCA President Rajat Sharma said, "He was the President of DDCA for 13 years. All the cricketers of Delhi remember Jaitley ji with great respect as Jaitley helped to make everyone a big player. To cherish the memories of Jaitley. There can be nothing better for it and to make them immortal. " On this occasion, Virat said, "I will be honored on such a big scale, I did not think. I want to thank Rajat Sharma, Indian team, old and new teams of Delhi, BCCI. I have no words." I thank my childhood coach Rakesh Sharma. I never thought that I would get this honor.
