Bitcoin pumped hard and reached the major resistance area. SEC proposed new rules for crypto exchanges and custodians to get federal or state registration. If price able to break the $25,000 level then we see a big pump toward $28,000-$30,000 area. The support is now $23,500-$23,800 area.
