THE HOUSE OF PRAYER

> ### Even then I will bring to my holy mountain and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar: for mine house shall be called a house of prayer for all people. (Isaiah 56:7)  ###

Beloved, the house of God is to be known for much prayer and praying.

> ### “These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication…” (Acts 1:14).  ###

All children of God should value the call to corporate prayers in the house of God. In the place of prayer all matters are passionately and fervently presented before God.

> ### “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request he made known unto God” (Philippians 4:6)  ### HOW SHOULD WE PRAY TO RECEIVE ANSWER? *** ### 1 Pray with purity of heart. > “If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me” (Psalms 66:18).  ### 2 Pray with joyful praise. > “Praise waiteth for thee O God in Zion... O thou that hearest prayer; unto thee shall all flesh come” (Psalms 65:1-2).  ### 3 Pray kingdom promotion. > “Let him shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: let them say continually let the LORD be magnified ...” (Psalms 35:27).  ### 4 Pray with faith and confidence. > “Cast not away therefore your confidence which bath great recompense of reward” (Hebrews 10:35)  ### 5 Pray in the name of Jesus. > “The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe” (Proverbs 18:1)  ### > “O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come” (Psalms 65:2).  ###
