United Nations mission

## The United Nations has been established with great vow to maintain world peace and security. After that, the horrors of two world war inspired human society to unite against the war. This inspiration originated from the United Nations. Six UN body members and many collaborative organizations are working for global peace, security and development. In 1948, the first peacekeeping force was formed in the center of the Middle East (Israel-Palestine). Since then UN peacekeeping forces have been sent to where it is needed. In order to provide relief to the poor people, helping the people in natural disaster, and the peacekeeping forces are working on the risk of life in the reconstruction of the war-ravaged countries.
