The teacher is also a human being. Like 10 other people in society, the teacher needs the tools to survive in his personal life. Therefore, society should accept teaching as a profession. A teacher has the right to be paid for his hard work in teaching.

The government should see to it that the salaries and allowances of those who are engaged in the teaching profession in our country, especially those who teach young children at the primary and secondary levels, are adequate. Because teaching in primary and secondary is a very hard job. I would not say that primary and secondary level teachers get paid a lot for their hard work like teaching children, but their salaries and allowances are now at a reasonable level. At present, it is a relative matter whether the teachers get their salaries or allowances or not. The existence or non-existence of the family depends a lot on the attitude of the people. The family of a low-income person lives on a small amount of money. Again, there is no end to the expenses of the people of innumerable incomes. I will not go to judge-analysis of teachers' salaries and allowances. If the salaries and allowances of teachers are low, they can increase it by making a move. The focus of my discussion was on the quality of professionalism of teachers. Although the teachers of our country have shown professionalism in the movement to increase their salaries and allowances, they are terribly unprofessional in teaching in school-college classrooms. Teachers in our country can never remember that teaching is a profession in today's world. They are willing to pay salaries for attending school-college classrooms, but they are not willing to teach students in the classroom. The teaching community of this country has been believing in teaching for many years as a golden opportunity to earn money. When they saw teaching as a profession, they respected their profession. They knew that professionalism was a very important part of life today. The more professional the people of a society, the faster they move forward.

For decades, our teachers have been showing extremely unprofessional attitudes towards teaching. Teachers are reluctant to teach students anything in class. Parents have to contact the teachers at their personal address to buy education for the child by spending cash. There is no more opportunity to honor educational institutions like educational institutions. It can be said that the masters have become a trap to catch students in order to earn money. We don't know what is taught in school-college classrooms in Bangladesh. Just know, such and such a coaching class, such and such a coaching class. This place is inevitable in the destiny of the student if he coaches with such and such sir. But the teachers get a regular salary and allowance for teaching in the class. But we all know the answer to why they take all the knowledge to the coaching class without teaching anything in the class. The manner in which most of the teachers in the country are busy making money can be compared to theft, snatching, or robbery. But we are the unfortunate breed. Everyone knows everything but there is no one to cure.
