Tensions have been running high between Turkey and Egypt over various issues. Turkey's relations with Egypt have deteriorated sharply since the military seized power in 2013. The two countries have virtually severed ties. Recently, there have been indications of improving relations between the two countries. Analysts believe that this new shift in relations between the two countries will not only be limited to them but will also bring about major changes in the geopolitical landscape of the Middle East.
Turkey has announced that Foreign Minister Mevl কাt Cavusoglu will visit Cairo in May. Meanwhile, a delegation led by Turkey's Deputy Foreign Minister has visited Egypt. The visit of the Turkish Foreign Minister will mark the beginning of a new chapter in Turkish-Egyptian relations. It expects a change in the geopolitics of the Middle East. Earlier, a meeting between top intelligence officials of the two countries signaled a change in bilateral relations.

The two countries began to change after reaching an agreement with Greece on Egypt's territorial waters. After this agreement, it became clear to Turkey that Cairo respects Toussaint's demands. This paves the way for the normalization of relations between the two countries. Discussions began at the level of senior intelligence officials. The steps are taken to normalize relations between Egypt and Turkey will have an impact on all areas that are playing an important role, both regionally and internationally.

Egypt and Turkey have supported various sides in the Libyan civil war. In eastern Egypt, Libya's rebel rebels supported General Khalifa Haftar and parliament in the city of Tobruk. Egypt provided not only verbal assistance but also direct military assistance. Turkey, on the other hand, has supported the UN-backed National Accord government (GNA) government and provided military assistance. General Khalifa Haftar and his forces laid siege to the capital, Tripoli. Turkey helped break the blockade and keep the UN-backed National Accord government, or GNA, in power.

A recent report released by the US Central Intelligence Agency states that Turkey's role in Libya is important for maintaining a balance of power and reaching a ceasefire agreement between the two sides. An interim government was later formed with representatives from both sides. It paves the way for an end to the conflict in Libya and new elections. However, the US intelligence report added that despite political progress in Libya, civil war could continue by 2021.

The situation in Libya will also have a positive impact on the ongoing talks on the development of relations between Turkey and Egypt. Analysts believe that Turkey's close ties with Egypt could end the conflict between the two warring factions in Libya.

Egypt has a military presence in eastern Libya. If there is any tension, Egypt will be able to control it through its army. On the other hand, analysts believe that Turkey will be able to control any kind of tension in the capital Tripoli. In short, both countries were able to maintain their interest in Libya and influence all parties to move forward on the path to a political solution. There is no possibility of the region or the European Union intervening.
Officials at the ongoing talks between Egypt and Turkey say the maritime border is becoming more important in their talks. Discussions have started on this issue. The outcome of these talks will also affect tensions between the countries concerned over maritime borders in the Eastern Mediterranean. Greece in particular will have more influence. Following the announcement of the start of diplomatic talks between Turkey and Egypt, the Greek Foreign Minister has met three times with the Egyptian Foreign Minister. The Greek prime minister also arrived in Cairo to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi. Frequent visits have highlighted Greece's concerns and fears over a possible deal between Turkey and Egypt on a maritime border in the eastern Mediterranean.

Any maritime agreement between Turkey and Egypt could have far-reaching implications. First, a memorandum of understanding was signed at the end of 2019 on the maritime border with Libya. Which would support Turkey's demand for any new agreement on maritime borders in the Eastern Mediterranean. There will be no maritime boundary between Greece and Cyprus. Turkey will also play a role in supplying gas to southern Europe through the Eastman Pipeline project from Israel.
Greece will not want to accept this new reality in any way. The agreement between Egypt and Turkey will be rejected, as Greece refused after the signing of the MoU between Turkey and Libya.

If relations between Turkey and Egypt improve, Greece's relations with Egypt will deteriorate in response. Relations between the two countries have already begun to deteriorate. Egypt has not been invited to a recent meeting of foreign ministers from Cyprus, Greece, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel.
It is not yet time to finalize the outcome of the talks that have begun between Egypt and Turkey. In many cases, the two countries are at odds with each other. The United Arab Emirates and Greece, the country's current allies, are not at all satisfied with the talks that Egypt has begun to improve relations with Turkey.

US relations with Turkey have not been good since the time of former US President Barack Obama. Biden's tenure has not changed. On the other hand, Washington's relations with the United States have not been good since the military took power in Egypt. Turkey's and Egypt's hostile relations with the United States could also encourage the two countries to come closer to each other.

Presence of turky in this area is now giving us hope about changing of geopolitics. Turkey has a good relationship with the country of north-Africa. But good relationship between Turkey and Egypt will affect mostly the area. And the effects is obviously good for Muslims community as I think.
