Christ Unites
>Mark 9:34
But they held their peace: for by the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest.

A lot of times, I've seen Christians and even pastors debate on whose church is the best, or which pastor is more anointed. Thought we were all Christians? What do you do when this happens? Have you engaged in such a discussion/argument before? The disciples were preoccupied with who was the greatest amongst them whiles walking with Jesus who was continuously telling them to serve.
Is it not disappointing that followers of Christ were more concerned about positions than the work of God? They wanted to know who is their leader, whiles Christ was also talking about His crucifixion and resurrection. I'm sure they were ashamed that's why they kept mute when Christ asked what the argument was about.
On radio, on TV and on the streets, we see debates about who is a more anointed preacher or leader. Instead of using the time to impact the next generation for Christ, we are concerned about our positions. It's time we all became one for the glory of the church.
The Christ who unites us is bigger than any denomination that seeks to divide us. You can love your church/denomination without disrespecting others. Same way you feel your church is the best, everyone else also thinks what they believe in is the best. If you want someone to see your church as the best, you don't do that by telling them their's is the worst.
>Psalm 133:1
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!
