Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has been elected the next president of Brazil, in what commentators describe as a stunning comeback in a keenly contested election that had the interest of many across the world. The official results put Lula at 50.9% as against Jair Bolsonaro at 49.1% of the votes cast. This clearly shows that Lula would have a problem ruling over a polarize Brazil that is divided between the right and left ideas. This election marks a new beginning in Brazil's democracy because this is the first time an incumbent President seeking re-election has lost the bid to continue. This win is a clear signal that the country was not happy with the far-right policies of President Jair Bolsonaro and so, sort an alternative with the left led by Lula.
El Presidente De Calamar De Brasil, Lula
In recent years, Latin American countries are seen turning their backs on the right and leaning toward the left and this is a clear signal that the people detest any form of imperialism. Again, the cracks in capitalism as an economic system, make it impossible for ordinary people. It is also a sign of the resistance of the Latin American people to the imposition of ideologies they do not identify with.

The win of Lula in the just-ended election is a true win for the left and a possible beginning of another pink tide in Latin America.
