About "Motahar Hossain Talukder Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital".

Motahar Hossain Talukder Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital. Geographically, it is located in Gazaria village of Ratan Kandi Union under Sadar Thana of Sirajganj district, my beloved birthplace. And one of those for whom the fame and glory of this Sirajganj district has spread throughout Bengal, is the name of a legendary hero named Motahar Hossain Talukder.

Who is the son of this Gazaria village. This legendary hero saw the light of day in 1922 in the footsteps of Naeem Uddin Talukder.

He completed his higher secondary education from Pabna Edward College and completed his B.Sc. from Rajshahi College. During his career, he served as a B.Sc. teacher for a few years at Haji Ahmed Ali High School, one of the institutions in Sirajganj city. He was also a political figure. And he was a brave freedom fighter. In addition to the 1971 war, he played a leading role in the 6-point movement and the Banar Bhasha movement. For which the Bangladesh government awarded him the Ekushey Padak posthumously in 2021. He died on December 2, 2001.

After the name of this legendary hero, Motahar Hossain Talukder, the Motahar Hossain Talukder Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital stands on the chest of this Gazaria. The land on which this college stands was donated by his son Shamim Talukder for the Lob Hospital. And this hospital was founded by his daughter-in-law Dr. Jannat Ara Henry Talukder.

Anyone who comes to this small campus of the hospital will be impressed. Because this small campus is surrounded by greenery. As soon as you enter the main photo of the campus, you will see the picture of the legendary freedom fighter Motahar Hossain Talukder. In addition, there are various types of flower trees, mango trees, papaya trees and many other trees and shrubs in these small areas of the campus. There is a one-story building on the campus. Since this one-story building does not have enough classrooms, classrooms have been arranged with tin sheets on the roof.

I have tried to show you in the uploaded pictures the view of the classroom on the roof, the view of the supply water tank and the surrounding environment. And on this roof, there is a picture of Motahar Hossain Talukder painted, where I also took a selfie. Many students from far and wide come to this medical college and hospital to get education. And after acquiring medical knowledge from here, they spread this light of knowledge to all corners of the country.

Finally, I would like to thank the current Principal of this college, Dr. Md. Abul Hossain Santoo.

Because he has maintained this canon of knowledge with great difficulty and he is trying to uplift the name of this legendary hero. Besides, I will not belittle the children of Motahar Hossain Talukder by thanking them. I sincerely congratulate those who remember this legendary hero and pray for the forgiveness of Motahar Hossain Talukder's soul and pray for a high place in heaven.
