Hello friends! Today, once again, we taught lessons with the child at 11 o'clock in the evening. This did not cause delight, only fatigue and rejection.
I will not say that it is highly discouraged to do this - this is understandable. But it happens sometimes, contrary to all the rules and super-modes. Of course, everyone was tired during the day and did not want to finish their "homework". However, we decided that we will do the most part (the most difficult) today, and for tomorrow we will leave only the easiest. For tomorrow - I will clarify, in the early-early morning.
In this regard, I have a question: should the child be taught to finish all the lessons in the evening, or can they leave them until morning? Perhaps, in general, it is worth bringing up in the spirit of "Since we didn’t have time to do our homework, we will not start. Sleep is the most important thing!"
Some difficult psychological questions have been tormenting me lately. This is probably all Mercury retrograde. I want to live without thinking about difficult topics. Nevertheless, we educate in the spirit of "Lessons must be done! The most difficult thing is in the evening, which is easier - early in the morning, with a fresh mind."
This post is short, because thoughts are spinning in my brain that I will definitely have to study English on the weekend.
All good!
