There are some important tasks in our daily life that we all need to know and act accordingly 

Be sure to say Bismillah while changing body clothes. Otherwise the surrounding angels will shy away and the jinn will see all of you. When you go to the washroom, make sure to read dua before going, then the great creator will create a screen between you and the jinn. By doing this, evil jinn will not be able to evtize you.

Say Bismillah before throwing anything anywhere. It will not cause any inconvenience to other creations. When going out, greet the angels in the house and go out after praying. Salute the angels who have guarded your home in your absence by coming home again. It's gentleness.

Practice greeting more. Greet the younger ones first. They will be encouraged. If you are married, make it a habit to send children to the mosque from an early age. Do not let children drink standing water, they will learn from childhood. Stop drinking water standing up yourself. Sit down and eat.

Sleep on right side, it is good for health. Before going to sleep, pray to God and sleep. It will protect you from evil people and jinn throughout the night. Every night you must pray and sleep. It is your companion in the life of the grave, saving you from the torment of the grave.

Clean the bed every day before going to bed. Similarly, be sure to shake the clothes before washing and even if there are insects in the clothes, they cannot harm you. Stop giggling, smile.

Do ablution at night and sleep so that an angel will pray for you throughout the night. Before going to sleep forgive everyone and you yourself will go to sleep asking forgiveness from the Creator.
