In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Peace be upon you.

Sesame flower. "Sesame" is the seed of the oil-producing plant. Sesame seeds are usually black in color. They are like small, flat pumpkin seeds. Sesame seeds are flat on one side and pointed at the bottom. Their original habitat is in the forests of Africa. Later, realizing the benefits and demand, they spread all over the world.

Although sesame seeds are usually black in color, nowadays they are found in two colors. Same shape. Only the color differs. One is black, the other is white.

Sesame oil is used for medicinal purposes and its oil is used for cooking.

From this, a type of "sweet khaja" is made in Bangladesh, which we call "tiler khaja" in our language.

The English name of sesame seeds is black benecid, benecid black sesame and vegetable sesame. Its scientific name is -Sesamum radiatum
