[Poem] Captivated by Cosmos

 

Night unveils her velvet cloak,

Diamond stars begin to poke.

A tapestry vast, a celestial dome,

Mesmerized by light, I feel far from home.

 

Shooting stars streak, a fleeting display,

Whispering wishes, carried far away.

The moon, a pearl, bathes the world in white,

Guiding lost souls, through the darkest night.

 

Galaxies swirl, secrets untold,

Stories of stardust, forever unfold.

Lost in the wonder, humbled and small,

Mesmerized by cosmos, I surrender to all.
