In my previous post, I told about some of bad effects due to Covid-19. And I told if now the new variants named Omicron attack us to a great extent, our situation will be more vulnerable. I told this just only on the situation of Bangladesh. But I think I should clarify some questions arised here after my previous post.
I personally didn't fear at Covid-19 of any variant. And still now I don't believe that Covid-19 create a pandemic situation. But I believe in the phase change in our society due to Covid-19. Some of this effects are directly related to Covid-19 and some are indirectly related. And we have already suffer from this. And if Omicron don't be so lethal as its previous variant the situation will worst for us directly or indirectly. And why I am telling this, to know it, you must read the following.
I am from a small country of third world. Though we are developing rapidly but it is not above enough. And there is many issue that don't run in a smooth way. One of them is the election of our government. Our present govt. has no legal mandate for last eight years. They are now in power from 2009. But they had legal mandate only five years (2009-2013). They oppressed the opposite parties and now they have no strong political opposition. They are in power only for their illegal administration. As they have no legal right to stay in power, so they always try to keep their public in trouble so they can't make any revolution against them. And they fear most at student. As a result, if they get any excuse, they first close the educational institutions. Secondly they attack on our economy. And a economy dependent people can't go to any protest against our government. And in this way they always try to break our social discipline to break our strength, unity, morale etc.
When they get the excuse of Covid-19, they have used it. Covid-19 attack became brutal after months of its first recognition. But our government at first took no step and they just make fun of it. When it became brutal they started to business with musk, medicine, hand wash by stocking it. To inform more, our most of the illegal parliament member now are business man. They make good opportunities for big companies so that they can profit more but they had no focus on wages on that companies's employees. They took no step for small companies. And ay last that companies became bankrupted. I can show you more such effect. Night will be over but this oppression won't be.
I hope you can now imagine how we became worstly affected by Covid-19. And if now Omicron attack us brutally, they will play football by making the playing ball. I am just afraid of it. Thanks for visiting me. Stay tuned.
