What is my feeling about the football match between Manchester City and PSG? The question may be silly but I asked myself this quuestion a lot today. I think the match is disgusting for PSG side. I hoped a war between this two heavy-weight team. But PSG disappointed me a lot. I never like Pochettino's defensive tactics though there are a lot of attacking player in his hand. I notice that if PSG lead a goal then Pochettino go in defensive mode. I really hate this intension.
Anyway PSG have won the game by 2-0 goal. PSG lead a goal from Gana at eight minute of the match. And the second lead they got at 74 minute from Leo Messi. This is the first goal from Messi for PSG. Although it is the first goal from Messi for another team except Barcelona and Argentina National team from the begining of his career. As big Messi fan I was very happy to see a goal from Messi after goal draught of some matches from him. Though I am disappointed to see that Messi is playing from too deep line. I didn't expect this.
I was disappointed too see the playing from all players of PSG squad except Veratti and Hakimi and Donnarumma. Hakimi was too good that he gave no chance to Grealish. On the other hand Veratti was only man who were trying to control midfield. Donnarumma saved a lot of sure shots. Basically he kepy PSG in race.
On the other hand, Pep Guardiola took almost same tactics he took against Chelsea last week. I was fascinated to see the playing from Man City squad, but a little bit disappointed to see their finishing. Bernardo missed a easy chance, Bruyne missed some, Mahrez and stirling also missed some. Another important thing I noticed that the chemistry of two city center back might not be so good. I mean may be there are lackings of understand between Ruben Dias and Laporte. I prefer Dias-Stones duo to Dias-Laporte.
Anyway, I hoped a better match from them. Best luck City for next time.
