Of course, if you look at the picture in my post, you already understand it because you often find this type of animal, sometimes even in your own home. His name is Tarantula He is a Tarantula that is often maintained by humans, it is a nickname for the type of large hairy spider. In this world, there are 800 species of tarantulas that have been identified. While spiders, it is estimated that there are 45 thousand types that we can find all over the earth, except the Antarctic Continent. Why can't tarantulas and other animals live in the area because the location mentioned above is so cold that anyone is unable to adapt to that location.  The tarantula in this post is named the Tarantula Wolves. Tarantula wolves or Lycosa tarantulas are a special type. In general, spiders nest in silk nets, in the cracks of rocks and trees, these tarantulas actually nest in vague visible ground holes. Covered with leaves, twigs, and small stones which are then tied with homemade silk. And in my personal experience I have often been met in the walls or roof of the house that are quiet from the hustle and bustle of something.  While the characteristics possessed by him are very large but are not mentioned here in detail but this species is active at night (nocturnal) and lurks the presence of prey from inside the nest. As soon as prey is monitored, he immediately ambushes, and returns to his nest which is 30 to 40 centimeters apart. This method of hunting that resembles a wolf, makes it dubbed a wolf tarantula and its presence at night is also one of the reasons given the name Tarantula Wolf because Wolves come out looking for prey at night.  Tarantula wolves use light as a tool in hunting or as experts say that polarized light is used as a compass and direction. Then the experts added, the tarantula wolf uses the medial anterior eye to measure the angle of light. Meanwhile, the anterior lateral eye is used to determine direction. anterior laterally assisted by the posterior lateral eye also serves to measure the distance to their nest from the target of application to be carried out.
