5 Tangible Ways Of Making It Big On Serey And In Life

The biggest quest in life is to blossom, flourish and be successful. There is nobody who wants to be a down to earth nobody. Our aspiration remains to be successful not only in life but in all our endevours. Life is not bread and butter but needs a focussed individual. Focus revolves around a vision. The vision should grow into a mission which with well calculated goals lead to success.

A person without a vision is dead. The vision comes from dreaming. Dreaming shouldn't be a fantasy. One should not live in a life of fantasy. We should live in a real life.

1. If You Have To Dream, Dream Big

A dream is the perspective you see yourself in. Where will you want to be in 20 years? Will you be where you are, what you are and what you do? Things should change from good to better and lastly to best. The Serey we see today should not be the same Serey we shall see tomorrow.

If we are holding million of dollars, we should dream of billions or even trillions. Our membership should grow tremendously. We should build a unique headquarter and have offices all over the world. World leaders should know and stamp Serey. We should own our own Dex and have an empire bigger than Facebook, Twitter and Fiverr combined.

That is a dream! It is a vision. We are seeing ourselves in the eyes of the future. We are seeing us grow and flourish. We are seeing success!

2. A Good Dream Should be Followed By Goals

A goal is the route one takes to their destination. A fake path will lead to a fake destination and a good one will lead to a good destination.

Setting a goal is not just randomly thinking what ought to be done. One should set a long time goal that is measurable, reliable, achievable, tangible and simple enough to be followed. The long time goal should become pregnant and give birth to small short term goals.

Short term goals are not detached from the main but they go a long way into making up the big goal. Here is a good illustration. The school curriculum has a syllabus. The syllabus is divided into semesters which further are divided into lessons. Each lesson points to the syllabus.

These goals are to be taught to all the players in the field. They have to know where they are heading to. It is like a dance. A group of dancers make moves to music and instruments. They are individual dancers but when well choreographed, it looks like one action duplicated many times.

3. The vision should be put in a motion called mission

The mission is engaging the gears to move forward. Every goal must be geared towards the mission. One cannot dream and continue dreaming forever. They have to work upon realizing the dream. Realizing is done through the mission statement.

The wheels have to roll. They do not do it anyhowly but move towards a specific goal.

4. Core Values

This is like some plan to follow. There must be ways on how the things should be done. An active plan directs how we should do things.

Each player in the field has to know how we plan to live to our aspirations. We aspire to be big, then we have to do it big. We should be disciplined to achieve it big. No stopping in-between.

5. Lastly there must be a no-retreat and no-surrender mind.

The Bible has this funny verse

62 Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”

This is some funny declaration. We have to be fit for the service. We should not look back but look at the goal. There should be no-retreat and no-surrender in order to see a bright destiny. Never, ever give up!
