This Carlos Deaf was born and at the age of 14 he started to lose his eyesight. He is now 27 years old; Carlos can enjoy the World Cup with the help of his friends.
He is excited for his national team. The Brazilian men have found a way around Carlos's disability so that they can enjoy these games.
He is so passionate about that. He is touching the ground and giving his friends the direction of his hands.
Later he was diagnosed with genetic disorders of Asher syndrome which affects seeing and hearing.
